Warranty

When you purchase a Silenite rangehood you automatically receive a 2 years Canopy Warranty and a 10 years Motor Warranty for servicing within Australia.

This warranty does not apply where:

(A) the Product has been installed, used or operated otherwise than in accordance with the product manual or other similar documentation provided to you with the Product;

(B) the Product requires repairs due to damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect or Act of God;

(C) you are unable to provide us with reasonable proof of your original purchase of the Product;

(D) the breakdown occurs after the expiry of the Warranty Period;

(E) the Product was not purchased in Australia as a brand new product;

(F) the Product has not been installed by a qualified installer with the pre-requisite qualifications and experience for proper installation of the Product.

Shipping Policy

Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse located in Victoria within 7 days after full payment is received.

All orders are sent via courier service. These must be signed for, as parcels will not be left outside or with neighbours’, deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Please make sure you give us the full and complete address (including business name), as there may be a re-delivery fee required in some cases.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

  • We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast

Note: Regional, Remote & Rural deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Delivery fee

  • $80 Delivery Charge for rangehoods for metro Melbourne.

  • $120 Delivery Charge for rangehoods for country Victoria.

  • $200 Delivery Charge for rangehoods for metro Sydney, Canberra and Adelaide.

  • $300 Delivery Charge for rangehoods for country NSW and SA.

  • $300 Delivery Charge for rangehoods for metro Brisbane.

  • $400 Delivery Charge for rangehoods for metro Perth.

  • For NT, country WA and country Queensland on application.

Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout.

Return Policy

If your products has not been unboxed and packaging remains intact, we are able to refund the invoiced value minus the cost of delivering the product to you and any applicable re-stocking fees, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery.

If your product has been unboxed and is unused, we can provide a credit minus a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced value, if notified within 7 days of the date of delivery. Your refund or credit will be processed once the product has been returned and assessed to be in good condition.

Please note that products that have been used or installed are not eligible to be returned for either a credit or refund.
